Preparación de la receta

Para preparar la receta de Roast beef:

Roast potatoes Cut into 4 pieces Add to frying pan and cover with boiling water Roast beef Chop sage,rosemary and thyme on chopping board and roll solomillo over it Add pepper and salt Cut solomillo longways in half. Add to frying pan very hot. Turn over every so often. Glazed carrots with thyme Boil in water. Add sea salt. Add thyme,olive oil and sugar (2 teaspoons) Drain then add lemon juice and drizzle olive oil over. Yorkshire Puddings Cup of flour Cup of milk Pinch of salt Add all to liquidizer Add 1 egg to liquidizer Pour olive oil of baking pan Fill moulds Oven at 220c Roast Potatoes Add to frying pan with olive oil Add garlic heads with skin Add lemon zest Add butter Add rosemary Mushroom and red onion sauce Chop onions and mushrooms Swet them Teaspoon of flour Cup of red wine Add chicken stock Make bed of mustard (dijon and horseradish) Cut slices of beef over mustard Sprinkle sea salt over beef and drizzle olive oil over beef. Add parsley
